It is talking about "marshmallow challenge" which you need to build a structure with a marshmallow
on the top. In the beginning, there might be a person trying to be the leader of the group. In this
challenge, the structure of the group is just like the team on job. And if you want to success,
incentives is not the only thing you need, you need to combine with skills, and that's why we're still
learning different knowledge.
